I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the Dominican Republic, the transfer to my hotel was prompt and when I requested that my driver play some current music on the radio, he was kind enough to do so.  I had booked my trip after my family had, and Cocotours was accommodating with my pickup as my flight schedule changed both incoming and departing; the drivers were on time and made sure to inform me on weather conditions, attractions, and the area I was staying in upon my request.

I have never experienced a company who would accept me with wide open arms since I had only certain flights that had seat availability. You were SO flexible and helped me arrange a last minute airport transfer that would've only have happened by a company who was willing to go out of their way to make sure my needs were met. I cannot thank you enough for that. When I arrived, the driver wasn't sure about my travel arrangements since I dint have a copy of my voucher but went out of his way to drive me all the way to my resort even without having all the details of my itinerary--he made the call to his boss and found out the details of my voucher. Such helpfulness is unheard of and certainly did not go unnoticed! My pickup from the hotel for my transfer back to Punta Cana airport was seamless---the driver arrived on time and I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Thanks again for your wonderful service that your company provides. I honestly have never dealt with a company who literally bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. That means a lot for a woman traveling alone in a foreign country. I hope to travel back to Punta Cana and will without a doubt, be using your service again.

We had a great experience with Coco Tours!! We had no troubles with the transportation and we booked 2 excursions with the representative at the resort. We did horseback riding and the Adventure Boogies.  Both were very fun and something we will always remember.

I did book two tours with my representative, Victor. Victor was knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic 4 times, including this most current trip, and plan to return in October with more people. The last experience was overall enjoyable, safe, and fun. "Recently my husband and I used CoCo Tours while staying at the Barceló Dominican Beach Resort in the Dominican Republic.  The transfers from the airport to our resorts were smooth and without issue.  While staying we used CoCo tours for our transfers and to book our excursion and we had nothing but AMAZING service.  Ambio our Coco Tour Representative, went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. The first full day we were there Ambio called our room and gave us great information on how to keep our trip a safe and fun.  While meeting with him about excursions he answered every question we had and ensured the one we picked would be great.  He did not lead us down the wrong path at all!  My husband and I will be using Coco Tours again solely because of the experience we had with Ambio!!!
